Because our client base includes many of the state’s various lenders, we are keenly aware of how financing plays an integral part in the ability to make a project viable.  Our perspective helps us craft documents that permit the developer the maximum latitude needed for such projects while making certain that the lender’s reasonable and truly necessary requirements are addressed.

Our office has experience in public financing and has been lead counsel in a large urban redevelopment project utilizing TIF financing in the heart of Topeka.
