Mary Kuckelman

Mary was admitted to the bar in Kansas in 2014, in Missouri in 2015, and the Tenth Circuit in 2016. She works primarily in the areas of: Commercial Law & Litigation, Bankruptcy, Business Transactions, and Commercial Real Estate Law.

Mary grew up and attended high school in Atchison, Kansas.   She graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis University and spent a semester in Madrid, Spain.  Mary returned home to Kansas and received her law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2014, where she served as Articles Editor for the Kansas Law Review.

Mary is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association and the Topeka Bar Association.  Mary is the secretary of the Young Lawyers

Division of the Topeka Bar Association and the Secretary/Treasurer of the Topeka Area Bankruptcy Council.


She also serves on the FORGE Inspire Volunteer Committee and the KU Delta Gamma House Corporation (a committee of alumnae who oversee the operation and maintenance of the chapter house). In her free time, she enjoys good books, traveling, and cheering for the Kansas City Royals and KU Basketball.
