Justin W. Whitney

Justin was admitted to the bar in Kansas in 2007 and in Missouri in 2008. He works primarily in the areas of:

Business and Commercial Law;
Civil Litigation;
Creditor's Rights;
Wills and Trusts; and
Tax and Estate Planning.

Justin completed undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Accounting at Kansas University. Justin graduated cum laude from Washburn Law School in 2007 where he served as a staff-writer for the Washburn Law Journal.  Justin is licensed by the State of Kansas as a Certified Public Accountant and has an LLM degree in Taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
